It is with great humility and gratitude that I address you as the Secretary of IMA Chennai Kodambakkam Branch. I thank the Almighty for this opportunity to serve, and I thank each one of you for placing your trust in me.

Our core mission remains unchanged: to promote excellence in healthcare and to uphold the dignity of the medical profession. Over the past year, we have stayed committed to this purpose. We conducted regular monthly CME programs to support continuous learning, worked to protect and advocate for our members’ rights and interests, and made sincere efforts to strengthen the bonds within our medical fraternity.

None of this would have been possible without the foundation laid by our past office-bearers. I sincerely acknowledge their vision, hard work, and contributions, which have been instrumental in the growth and success of our branch.

As we move forward, my team and I are committed to building on this legacy. We will focus on three priorities: enhancing academic activities through quality CMEs, supporting members through timely welfare initiatives, and expanding our role in community health programs in Kodambakkam and surrounding areas.

IMA is only as strong as its members. I invite each one of you to participate actively, share your ideas, and work with us to make our branch more vibrant and impactful.
